Planner / Scheduler

seeking a highly motivated Planner / Scheduler to join our

team in a fast-paced wheel manufacturing industry. The successful candidate

will support the planning and scheduling of production, ensuring timely delivery

of high-quality products to our customers in the mining and agricultural industry

around the world.

Responsibilities :

 Collaborate with sales, production, and supply chain teams to develop

and maintain production schedules that meet customer requirements,

maximize efficiency, and minimize inventory costs.

 Monitor production processes, identify potential bottlenecks, and

implement corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery and quality

standards are met.

 Prepare reports, charts, and graphs to communicate production status

and identify opportunities for improvement.

 Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of

raw materials and finished goods to meet production schedules.

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, inventory

levels, and TAKT Schedule.

 Assist with capacity planning, production forecasting, and budgeting.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best

practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications :

 Education in Supply Chain Management, Project Management or related

field

 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

 Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

 Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in

a fast-paced environment.

 Knowledge of production planning and scheduling principles, techniques,

and tools.

 Familiarity with the mining and agricultural industry and international

logistics is a plus.

 Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
