Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Construction Coordination Manager, the Construction Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with our Project Managers, this position ensures all phases of a project are executed with precision, maintaining our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Managers to adhere to Archadeck and Case Design / Remodeling's operating systems and processes.Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients to ensure a seamless customer experience.Prepare subcontractor contracts and confirm commitments with Project Managers.Coordinate and track project material orders, deliveries, and site logistics.Compile and distribute comprehensive project packages for internal and external teams.Act as a liaison between clients, lead carpenters, subcontractors, vendors, and the production team to ensure smooth project execution.Stay adaptable and proactive in learning new processes to improve efficiency and professional growth.Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience coordinating residential renovation projects.Familiarity with construction materials and project workflows.Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively with all stakeholders.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Post-secondary education in a relevant field is an asset.Why Join Us?
