How you will make an impact

- Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements

- Handling new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

- Managing various administrative duties

- Optimizing digital recruiting resources and working to uncover additional resources

- Carrying out pre screens and interviews

- Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

- Formulating internal recommendations based on information gathered from department leaders

Job Requirements:

- Solid understanding of employment branding

- Interviewing experience a must have for the Recruitment Specialist

- Deep understanding of Human Resources (HR) Administration

- External communication experience required

- Adeptness in Onboarding

- New employee orientation experience highly desired

- Demonstrated knowledge of executive recruitment

- Practical knowledge of social media

- Strong knowledge of sourcing recruitment

- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

- Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

- Able to work independently as well as part of the London team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
