Job Title : Front End Supervisor – Part-Time

Location Name : Ladysmith

If so, then this may be the perfect job opportunity for you! Our Ladysmith location is looking to welcome a Part-Time Front End Supervisor to our team!

Schedule Requirements :

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays

What we need from you :

A desire to provide outstanding customer service to our loyal customers

The ability to strike up a conversation and communicate with anyone

A heightened attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure

A high level of motivation and a proactive attitude

A willingness to learn and openness to coaching and feedback

The ability to comply with established department procedures and safe work practices

Some of what you will do :

Supervise front-end team members and ensure that all duties and responsibilities are performed

Provide exemplary customer service to both our internal and external customers

Handle all customer feedback in a positive and professional manner

Scan goods and ensure pricing is correct

Process customer’s grocery orders efficiently and accurately

Follow all cash handling procedures

Learn product codes and differentiate between products

Issue receipts, refunds, and credits

Maintain a safe, clean and orderly checkout area

Perform other duties as required

Experience and Education :

A minimum of 1 year leadership experience or 2 years of grocery / retail experience

Previous cash handling experience would be considered an asset
