As aLicensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide essential patient care in avariety of healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-termcare facilities. Your role will focus on supporting patients' daily needs,administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare teams to promoteoptimal health outcomes.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Assist inthe daily care of patients, including bathing, dressing, and feeding, whileensuring comfort and dignity.
• Administermedications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patients for side effectsand effectiveness.
• Observeand record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition, reportingany concerns to the healthcare team.
• Maintainaccurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronichealth records (EHR).
• Workclosely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionalsto coordinate patient care and support treatment plans.
• Educatepatients and their families about health management, medication usage, andpreventive care strategies.
• Adhere toinfection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a safe environmentfor patients and staff.
• Provideemotional support and comfort to patients and their families, fostering acompassionate care environment.
