Project Coordinator

Project & Maintenance Coordinator – Perma-Pipe, Camrose, Alberta

We’re looking for a Project & Maintenance Coordinator to be a part of our growing Canadian (AB & ON) team. The Project & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating capital projects and maintenance activities across multiple sites. This role ensures smooth communication between production, maintenance, and management teams to minimize downtime, maintain production flow, and support safety and quality objectives. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams including Finance, Operations, Maintenance, and Procurement to ensure efficient execution of both planned and reactive work. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled in project coordination and vendor management.

Location

Camrose, AB – occasional travel. No camp or remote travel required.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Maintenance, and Project teams to develop and maintain Capital Plans.
• Define and document project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
• Source vendors and obtain competitive quotes for project execution.
• Facilitate the approval process for capital expenditures.
• Develop detailed execution plans and lead regular planning and update meetings.
