• WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
• As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll :
• Provide inbound customer support.
• Be a ‘brand ambassador’ for SharkNinja products by promoting the brand and building loyalty through excellent customer interactions
• Understand the impact they have on the customer’s perception of the SharkNinja brand
• Consultatively position and sell SharkNinja products and services by identifying customer needs and sharing targeted features and benefits to improve product experiences
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.
• YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Customer Service Representative role include :
• Minimum of 6 months previous experience in a customer service role, or comparable business service sector.
• High School or University
• Must be within 65kms of the Chatham office
• English speaking role
• Ability to work in Windows environment
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Eagerness to learn new technologies

• The base salary range for this position is $18.90- $23.63 / hr., plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
