We are looking for an Acquisition Integration Manager to join BrokerLink and work out of one of our offices in Alberta on a full time basis.

What the Role Entails :

  • Responsible for the successful integration of acquisitions.

  • Assisting with Due Diligence and identifying potential gaps pre and post-acquisition
  • Acquisition announcement to new offices – virtual / hands on

  • The successful candidate will have :

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management or related management work experience
  • Minimum 5 years Insurance Industry Experience
  • Knowledge of agile methodology and design-thinking methodology in an asset
  • Strong collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders across the company
  • Proven track record of successful implementation of projects and managing team effectiveness
  • Passionate : Inspiring and engaging people, you can effectively manage large projects
  • You rely on others’ candid feedback for continuous improvement
  • You are always looking to drive towards the next innovation that can change the broker and customer experience
  • You convert strategy into action, you have personable, effective, and confident manner with the ability to influence a diverse group of stakeholders
