Join Our Team as a Benefits Technician!

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about helping others? We are looking for a Benefits Technician to join our team and play a key role in managing employee benefits programs.

In this position, you will ensure the accurate administration of benefits, assist team members with inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure superior quality service.

Your responsibilities:

• Respond to calls and emails from employees and managers in matters of benefits, disability, retirement and savings as well as management of absences and vacations;
• Administer benefit programs, retirement and savings programs and absences and vacations programs for corporate, associates and banner stores;
• Participate in the annual group insurance renewal process;
• Support our associate stores and banners by addressing their questions regarding employee benefits and retirement savings programs, as well as billing and by providing them with the appropriate documentation and ensuring prompt and effective follow-up.

Qualifications

To join our team, you need:

• Diploma in administration or human resources with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience;
• Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, as you will need to collaborate with colleagues and clients across Canada.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a proven ability to listen, understand, and respond effectively to the needs of employees.
