.NET Tech Lead

As a .NET Tech Lead, you’ll play a key role in providing strategic and technical support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement modern, robust and scalable software solutions using .NET technologies.
• Resolve complex technical issues by quickly analyzing complex situations and proposing pragmatic solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, consistency and the sharing of best practices within the team.
• Take on a technical leadership role within the team, creating a work environment where everyone can express themselves, learn and contribute.
• Provide coaching and training to developers, supporting them in a personalized manner in their technical and professional development.
• Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, Scrums, retrospectives), promoting listening, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Actively participate in business needs analysis.
• Act as a facilitator between stakeholders (POs, architecture consultants, quality assurance, etc.), building bridges between technical expertise and business objectives.
• Organize technology watch workshops to share emerging trends with junior developers.
