As a Business SupportAssociatein Kainos, you willbe responsible forproviding highqualityadministrativeservices andprocessesthatsupportthecorebusinessatKainos.
You will be accountable for delivering high quality work in line with company policies andprocessguidelines.
Youwillbeworkingaspartofateamtoeffectivelydeliversupporttothecorebusiness.
This role would be to support our in-housetravelteam.You’lluse yourpreviousknowledge of the travel industry toidentifyadvance travel requirements to promote effective cost management, make recommendations about travel vendors and locations to staff, manage travelcostsand project re-charges, and prepare quotations for travellers.
You’llbe able to work quickly and proactively as issues might arise to reschedule flights, remedy travelproblems,and resolve scheduling conflicts, as well as ensuring that all business trips are covered by the Kainos Travel Insurance Policy and that staff areassistedwith travel insurance claims.
MINIMUM(ESSENTIAL)REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of3years’ experience working in a business travel environmentwith an approachable, mature, collaborative style.
Ability to carry out responsibilitiesin accordance withcompany policies,procedures,and processes.
Demonstrate commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics.
Effective personal time management and planning skills to delivera high levelof accuracy and attention to detail in tight timeframes/targets.
Ability to work efficiently, make sensible decisions under pressure and prioritise your workload in a fast-paced environment,taking a balanced view of client and traveller demands.
A self-starter who can work on their own initiatives with minimal supervision
We all work in teams here in Kainos – a proven ability ofstrong teamskills, including taking direction from others, is crucial
Effective verbal and written communication skills with both staff and external stakeholders
Experience with Office 365 Suite or equivalent
Highly flexible, with willingness to work flexible hours at peak times

Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplined team.
