Our client is an international non-profit organization based in Canada. This role will focus on providing data-driven insights related to salary structures, market trends, pay equity, and compensation program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze compensation data, including salary structures, job levels, and market benchmarks, to support the organization's compensation strategy.
- Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to provide insights and recommendations for pay structures, salary ranges, and merit increases.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track compensation trends, pay equity, and other key metrics.
- Perform market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices, recommending adjustments based on industry standards and internal benchmarks.
- Support compensation planning cycles, such as merit increases, bonus allocations, and incentive program evaluations.
- Analyze the impact of compensation decisions on the organization’s budget and financial health.
- Conduct pay equity analyses to ensure fairness and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.5+ years of data analysis experience, focusing on compensation or HR analytics.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Experience with large datasets and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Familiarity with compensation planning cycles, merit increases, and incentive programs
