About the job

Our client is an international non-profit organization based in Canada. This role will focus on providing data-driven insights related to salary structures, market trends, pay equity, and compensation program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Analyze compensation data, including salary structures, job levels, and market benchmarks, to support the organization's compensation strategy.
  • Collaborate with HR and compensation teams to provide insights and recommendations for pay structures, salary ranges, and merit increases.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track compensation trends, pay equity, and other key metrics.
  • Perform market analysis to ensure competitive pay practices, recommending adjustments based on industry standards and internal benchmarks.
  • Support compensation planning cycles, such as merit increases, bonus allocations, and incentive program evaluations.
  • Analyze the impact of compensation decisions on the organization’s budget and financial health.
  • Conduct pay equity analyses to ensure fairness and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of data analysis experience, focusing on compensation or HR analytics.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with large datasets and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with compensation planning cycles, merit increases, and incentive programs
