OCIANA is a dual-use digital maritime AI product supporting defence security and supply chain customers globally. OCIANA provides risk and optimization solutions for multiple stakeholders across both sectors.

ROLE :

This position blends Product Management with Project Management and demands strategic vision customer understanding technical insight and strong execution skills.

As a Product / Project Manager Supply Chain you will report directly to our Director Product Management and will be responsible for leading key strategic partner projects in 2026 and beyond. You will work closely with our internal development team to help deliver successful valuable capabilities that meet customer needs and drive product improvements accordingly enhancing customer compatibility and use case effectiveness. Strong communication data analysis adaptability leadership and stakeholder alignment are a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Own the end-to-end product development process that creates developer tools and user experiences that deliver results and add value for our customers
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders (Customer Success Tech Support Sales etc.) to address customer needs and capability gaps
• Define and document product requirements and a product roadmap that exceeds customer expectations
• Collaborate with Engineering Marketing and Sales on the delivery of product improvements to customers.
