One of our major banking clients is looking for a Bilingual Accounts Administrator (Banking exp.) Length : 6 months contract with the possibility of extension Location : Toronto, ON- Hybrid (2 days / week onsite- expected to come in additional days if the business requires) Working Hours : 9am - 5pm EST (may vary at certain times depending on advisory team's time zone) Line of Business : Client Onboarding TRAVEL Requirement : - 1 week out of the 6 months assignments- Travel piece will just be outside of Toronto & all expenses paid for - typically to Montreal RESPONSIBILITIES : - Support and facilitate client transfers between advisors- Open and set up client accounts- Follow up on transfers- Additional tasks include, policy review, escalation management- Primary focus on opening client accounts and transfersMUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS : - Bilingual - French & English- 1-3 years previous banking operations experience; involved in account openings- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word- Savvy with technology and data- Experience in escalations and policy reviewNICE TO HAVE : - Motivated to learn- Interest in learning platforms- Previous customer service experienceEducation : - Post-Secondary URGENT : Please read the job description above.
