Repair and Overhaul Quality Control Manager

Our Aerospace business is seeking an experienced Repair and Overhaul Quality Manager for its Prince Edward Island site. The Repair and Overhaul Quality Manager is responsible for managing the site Quality Assurance Program and ensures that quality standards and procedures are established, met, and aligned with onsite contract manufacturer, Customer, company specifications and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. The Manager will also establish performance standards, procedures, and audit controls to meet business requirements, as well as identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Quality Assurance Program. The position is also responsible for directly managing and developing several quality professionals including site customer quality engineers and auditors. They are responsible for maintenance for Repair and Overhaul under Transport Canada and acts as an audit leader with internal / external customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and drive team in delivering right and fast quality results.
• Manage and Maintain integrity and compliance.
• Coach and develop strong performing team.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead change within the Quality organization and Honeywell Operating System.
• Develop and Manage strong operating process / system with customer and supplier quality teams.
• Lead cross functional teams to drive quality improvement plans.
• Manage Site quality performance Audits, audit results and drive preventive measures.

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP security clearance.

The annual base salary for this position starts at $100,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. This position is incentive plan eligible.
