Description
As the Manager of the Studio located in Vancouver you will be responsible for :
- Creating a social marketing calendar, including posts, stories, photo shoots.
- Manage daily photo shoots for website product content.
- Work with stores to create authentic and relevant content for all platforms.
- Build social engagement and client loyalty through meaningful content.
- Design and create on-brand graphic artwork for emailers (Mailchimp), and all social content.
- Develop, execute, and manage an integrated digital marketing strategy across all digital platforms and channels to drive customers to brick and mortar storefronts, e-commerce store and generate sales in store and online.
- Find and drive traffic. Manage and execute all aspects of paid search (SEO, SEM, PPC), display and social media advertising, complementing organic search results.
Analyze and interpret funnel traffic and customer behaviour.
- Recommend and implement funnel optimizations and develop / optimize marketing campaigns based on gathered data.
- Use tools including Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business, LinkedIn, Instagram, Mailchimp, Pinterest, Mailchimp, and Shopify.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 2+ years of web marketing experience, with 1+ years’ experience in online advertising, search marketing, and e-commerce / website / landing-page conversion optimization.
- Strong knowledge of current e-commerce platforms (Shopify), ad technologies, trends, behaviors, and processes.
- Experience creating brand / product campaigns with specific goals, objectives, and tracking in mind through creation of landing pages, microsite, etc.
- Expert knowledge of web analytics tools.
- Graphic Design training and experience for both emailers and social posts.
- Requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
Ideal Candidate will have :
- Experience in fashion and high-end retail
- Experience with Mail Chimp.
- Shogun page builder.
- Hoot-suite or related software.
