About the Role

A graduate-level or early-career Aerospace Engineer or Technician is sought to contribute to cutting-edge eVTOL aircraft development.

This role is ideal for engineers who are flexible hands-on and eager to work across a variety of aerospace disciplines. You will have the opportunity to grow your skills while making a real impact on next-generation urban air mobility technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply first principles and systems-led approaches to develop designs simulations systems and aircraft

• Participate actively as an integral team member projecting positive behaviours and influence onto the team

• Follow and apply aerospace standards and specifications appropriate to the discipline

• Challenge the status quo bringing new ideas to improve engineering quality productivity and delivery timelines

• Enforce standards and ensure rigor resilience and continuous improvement in design solutions

• Act as a project integrator and interface with project management and other engineering teams

• Stay current with industry developments and implement best practices in your work

• Drive continuous improvement of processes to enhance safety efficiency and overall performance

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant experience in aerospace or automotive engineering systems development or testing

• Hands-on experience in engineering simulation or prototyping is preferred

• Familiarity with eVTOL Certification regulations (TCCA FAA EASA) is a plus

• Strong problem-solving analytical and communication skills

• Eagerness to learn and take on varying engineering tasks in a dynamic environment
