Heres how a Technical Solutions Analystfor our Edmonton NAHQoffice contributes to our team :

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Develops and maintains Power Apps integrated with SharePoint.
• Designs and develops SharePoint complex pages using SharePoint Administration and ShortPoint tools.
• Troubleshoots complex service requests and incidents including SharePoint list optimization and permission restructuring for large sites.
• Performs system design configuration and implementation including setting up workflows navigation and data transformation scripts.
• Conducts gap analysis and prepares wireframes / mockups to support solution development and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation of as-built solutions.
• Extracts transforms and analyzes data from SharePoint and other sources ensuring data quality.
• Develops and validates reports and dashboards contributing to analytics that support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and presents technical solutions ensuring clear communication and customer-focused relationships.
• Contributes to product backlogs and reviews technical impacts of system changes supporting continuous improvement and compliance validation.
