In addition to managing team members, they provide technical advice and coaching to ensure timely and effective service in claims investigations, file analysis, and settlements.They monitor key performance indicators and ensure that every claim is handled thoroughly and efficiently. These leaders are passionate about team engagement and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.With strong analytical and communication skills, our Directors are strategic thinkers and effective communicators.
