Who we need We are hiring a Sales Executive to join our team, reporting to the Director of Sales. As our new Sales Executive, you will drive company growth by expanding our territory and capturing market share. You will leverage your prospecting skills to identify and engage potential clients, communicate our value proposition, and build a strong book of business. By seeking new opportunities and collaborating with marketing, you will play a key role in growing our presence and exceeding sales targets while fostering long-term customer relationships. What you will do : Prospect and close leads. You will actively close inbound leads, pursue qualified outbound leads, and uncover future new construction projects within your territory, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities. Client retention and relationship building. You will proactively engage and build strong relationships with existing repeat clients in the PTAC replacement market, ensuring retention and ongoing business growth. Customer service. You will respond to customer inquiries promptly, adhering to our response time targets and providing excellent customer service. Sales and market data management. You will capture and organize key market and customer data in our CRM system and scorecards, ensuring accurate tracking and analysis of sales activities. Referrals and testimonials. You will uncover referrals and testimonials by requesting customer feedback and executing our Net Promoter Score (NPS) process. Marketing activities. You will participate in selected marketing activities, including attending tradeshows to build contacts and uncover new business opportunities. You bring : The experience. You have experience as a BDR or in inside sales. You are comfortable using a CRM and can quickly learn new tools and products. You thrive in an autonomous role, managing your time and leads and growing your knowledge of our sales approach and vision.
