No insurance experience No problem! We provide full training and support to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days.

As an Auto Insurance Associate youll play a key role in driving business success. Youll actively sell insurance solutions hit performance targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a results-focused role ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth.

Level 1 Insurance License is an assetbut not required

A Day in the Life

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients teammates and auto dealership partners

Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

Process a variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals new plates transfers cancellations debt payments and more

Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics

Support your branch by taking phone calls managing administrative tasks and restocking inventory

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $40000 to $450000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits disability insurance RRSP matching paid-time-off benefits and eligible bonuses and commissions for some positions.
