No insurance experience No problem! We provide full training and support to help you earn your Level 1 General Insurance License within your first 30 days.

As an Auto Insurance Associate youll play a key role in driving business success. Youll actively sell insurance solutions hit performance targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a results-focused role ideal for someone with a competitive edge and a passion for personal growth.

A Day in the Life

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients teammates and auto dealership partners

• Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Process a variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals new plates transfers cancellations debt payments and more

• Upsell and cross-sell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics

• Support your branch by taking phone calls managing administrative tasks and restocking inventory

Salary Expectations

The expected salary range for this position is $40000 to $450000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
