Position Overview

We are currently hiring aTier 2 Infrastructure Analystto join our team in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This is a full-time, mid-level role supporting escalated technical issues, coordinating response and action plans for after-hours incidents and outages, and managing server / workstation patching and maintenance through automation.

• THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE INVOLVING A SPLIT SHIFT

This role requires 8 hours of work daily. 3 hours of your day would be in the office, the remaining 5 would be a flexible schedule worked remotely between 7PM and 6 AM (based on workload and client incidents). While the hours to be worked daily are 8, when those hours occur is open for discussion.
