What will your typical day look like?

Deloitte's Risk and Regulatory Technology practice advises organizations on how to effectively leverage technology for their Enterprise, Operational and Compliance risk management.

Our Risk Technology business is expanding as we increasingly are asked to help organizations adapt and respond to new risks in and automated and intuitive way.

About the team

Within our Risk and RegulatoryTechnology team, we have a pool of dedicated professionals with expertise in the design and implementation of risk and compliance solutions.

We gather requirements, design, and oversee the build and implementation of these technology solutions to manage our client's risks.

In this role, you will :

  • Drive market activities for Risk and Regulatory technology, leveraging key executive contacts and industry forums
  • Lead and manage the delivery of Risk and Regulatory Technology projects with onshore / offshore teams, ensuring required levels of excellence and alignment with Deloitte's methodology.

To qualify for the role you must have :

  • 8-10 years of Technology Consulting experience with a proven track record in supporting client pursuits and business development efforts, including preparing proposals and leading presentations to senior executives.
  • Minimum 8 years leading technical delivery teams such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Architects and Design leads
  • Strong communication skills, including report writing, influencing, and presenting to senior management and in formal committee settings.
  • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound recommendations for complex problems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Proven ability and experience in coaching, counseling, and guiding other team members.
  • Strong connections in the market to support the growth of the practice
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term business relationships with senior client personnel and executives through engagements and networking in professional organizations.

Additional value-added skills

  • Experience with GRC or Risk technologies
  • Strong knowledge of fundamental risk management concepts and key risk management processes

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $97,000 - $231,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
