Responsibilities :
SharePoint Administration :
Configure, deploy, and maintain SharePoint sites, and servicesMonitor and optimize SharePoint performance, ensuring high availability and reliabilityImplement security policies, permissions, and access controls for SharePoint contentTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues in a timely mannerCollaboration and Content Management :
Collaborate with departmental teams to understand their SharePoint requirementsCustomize and configure SharePoint sites and libraries to meet specific business needsManage document libraries, lists, workflows, and metadataEnsure proper version control and document lifecycle managementIntegration and Migration :
Integrate SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications to enhance functionalityPlan and execute data migration of content from various platforms into SharePointUser Support and Training :
Manage user access and permissions within SharePoint OnlineProvide end-user support and guidance on SharePoint usageDevelop and deliver training materials and workshops to educate employeesCreate documentation and knowledge resources for SharePoint best practicesProvide L3 support on daily basis to resolve technical issues, errors, and user problems related to SharePoint OnlineBackup and Recovery :
Work with the Infrastructure team to establish and maintain SharePoint backup and recovery proceduresPerform regular backups and conduct disaster recovery testsMonitoring and Reporting :
Set up monitoring tools to proactively identify and address issuesGenerate and analyze reports to assess SharePoint usage and performanceWhat We Are Seeking
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar roleStrong knowledge of SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and related technologiesFamiliarity with SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power AppsProficiency in PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administrationExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications :
