ATCO Electric is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our dynamic team of Powerline Technicians in delivering efficient, reliable electric service to our communities. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction within our electric distribution network. What You Get to Do :

• Oversee daily operations of the electric distribution network, ensuring reliability and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of powerline technicians and team leads, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Navigate labour relations with a sound understanding of collective agreement and effective management within a unionized work environment.
• Coordinate maintenance, construction, and emergency response activities, optimizing resource allocation and scheduling to meet operational targets and customer needs.
• Implement operational strategies and action plans to enhance efficiency, reliability, and service quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, customers, and regulatory bodies, representing ATCO Electric in a professional manner.
• Monitor and manage operational budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
• Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions, ensuring all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legislative requirements.
• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and operational improvements.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, coordinating resources and communication to mitigate impact and swiftly restore service.
