Banquet Captain

We are seeking passionate individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet events.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized service.
• Oversee the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hotel.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• The successful candidate will be reliable, professional in appearance, have a strong work ethic, and good attention to detail.
• Looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and service.
• Experience leading a team an asset. Must be able to motivate and inspire productive team members. Must display a commitment to exceptional guest service.
