Join Our Team as a Wireless Sales Representative at The Mobile Shop, located inside Real Canadian Superstore.

At The Mobile Shop, we connect Canadians with the latest mobile devices and rate plans. Our Mobilists are frontline advisors who help customers choose phones and rate plans that fit their lifestyle, representing a diverse carrier mix including Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Chatr, Lucky and PC Mobile, along with home and small business services. This role offers the opportunity to earn a strong commission while delivering exceptional customer service.

A Day in the Life at The Mobile Shop as a Mobilist

Proactively approach and engage potential customers to promote wireless products and services.

Establish genuine relationships with customers; provide expert advice on mobile phones, rate plans, accessories, and device protection plans.

Understand our carrier mix, promotions, and pricing.

Upsell additional products to enhance the customer’s experience.

Collaborate with peers to drive store traffic and sales.

Stay up to date on trends and devices to communicate features and benefits to customers.

Process sales transactions, maintain inventory records, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.

Perform follow-up interactions with clients to ensure satisfaction post-sale.

Ad-hoc duties and tasks as required.

Profile & Qualifications

Retail and Sales experience is preferred.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to learn and articulate carrier offerings, pricing, and promotions.

Team player with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
