Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of marketing research projects including competitive analysis, market sizing, and market forecasts driving strategic decisions and innovation.
- Dive deep into external and internal data and market trends to provide comprehensive market analysis and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Develop advanced models that forecast industry trends, predict aircraft deliveries and orders, monitor movements in the market for used aircraft, and related analyses.
- Provide strategic data analysis and recommendations for market, customer, and competitor analysis to support decision‑making and drive strategic objectives for various business units.
- Prepare detailed reports about market conditions and present findings to support business decisions.
- Support Bombardier’s strategic and product planning processes by providing regular updates and insights to assist in governance.
- Partner and collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Aftermarket Service, Defense, Finance, Customer Service and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the strategy.
- Support key company functions through ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
University degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.6+ years of relevant experience in market analysis, strategy, and / or business development; strong aerospace industry knowledge is a plus.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to interpret market data and inform decisions.Solid modelling and statistical analysis skills with a creative flair.Ability to work independently and under pressure, with initiative and flexible leadership ability.Rigorous, persistent, innovative, detail‑oriented, and collaborative.Excellent storytelling abilities with strong verbal and written communication across all levels of the company.Excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and time management skills.Experience with programming and statistical software (e.g., R, Alteryx) is a plus; familiarity with data visualization tools and BI software (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Bilingual (English required; French preferred).Note : You don’t need all the listed skills to apply.
