We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support various services at our Southpoint Surrey clinic.

  • Location :  LHC Southpoint
  • Position : Administrative Assistant (Full-Time Permanent)
  • Schedule : Monday to Friday : 6 : 45am-2 : 45pm
  • Flexible availability to help cover onsite team sick / vacation needs and support clinic operations anywhere between 6 : 45am–8 : 45pm, Monday–Friday, and open weekends. Opportunities to also cover at any Back in Motion or Legacies Health
  • Centre locations across the lower mainland where clinics are open 7 days per week.
  • Core Candidate Skills : We’re seeking an independent and reliable administrative team member with strong communication and customer service skills, who can make productive use of slower morning hours to focus on clinic tasks and projects at our South Surrey location.

Hourly rate starting at $18.75 / hour.

The successful person will be responsible for reception, answering and directing calls, processing referrals, file set up and management, sending reports, supporting an interdisciplinary clinical team with in person and telehealth service delivery, and providing exceptional customer experience to both external and internal customers. The position may also support clinical accreditation procedures as well as the corporate Health & Safety program.

We invite candidates with similar experience, intermediate skills in MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, MS Teams, etc. If you enjoy helping people and being part of a collaborative team, bring your exceptional customer service and communication skills along with your ability to problem solve and organize multiple priorities.
