Account Manager (Mandarin/Cantonese speaking)

Join Our Team as an Account Manager!

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager fluent in Mandarin and/or Cantonese. This role is ideal for someone ready to lead a dynamic team and manage operations across multiple residential buildings in the Metro Vancouver area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients and strata/property management to understand needs and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Lead, guide, and support Field Supervisors onsite at assigned buildings.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address concerns.
• Manage staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across various locations throughout the Metro Vancouver area.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese (required).
• Proven experience in janitorial, facilities management, or building management.
• Exceptional client-facing communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (must have a vehicle).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary:

• $52,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications) plus monthly gas allowance.
