Job description

Mevbuilt Inc.Designation : Head OfficeSalary : Up to Php 45,000

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Supervise and assign tasks to the service team to maintain, repair and perform preventive maintenance service of heavy construction equipment.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of the service team personnel.
  • Responsible for heavy equipment such as : mobilization, installation, dismantle, demobilization planning and implementation
  • Responsible for heavy equipment operators and other personnel management.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment ensure safety standard is in compliance to OSHC standard and other legal requirement.
  • Coordinate with warehouse department for the heavy equipment spare part management.
  • Ensure high utilization level of inventory and spare parts.
  • Plan, formulate and implement workflow and system that improve the management and efficiency of heavy equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical), Civil (Site Development) or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s) : Basic Troubleshooting, Equipment Maintenance
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Engineering – Mechanical / Automotive or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with equipment, tools and materials in construction industry.
  • Knowledgeable in inventory systems.
  • Skilled negotiator.
