The Ramp Captain is responsible for overseeing valet operations, ensuring efficiency, guest satisfaction, and adherence to safety protocols. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Operational Oversight

• Lead valet attendants to ensure smooth and professional service.
• Monitor vehicle flow and prevent congestion at valet areas.
• Ensure all valet processes are executed efficiently and securely.
• Conduct pre-shift and end-of-shift equipment checks and reports.
