Key Responsibilities :
Overall management of site budgets, accounting, and financeOversight of maintenance, operations, and contract servicesProcurement of materials, equipment, and suppliesSupervision of occupancy services, administration, and helpdeskManagement of 2 direct reports (1 Building Operator and 1 Maintenance Mechanic)Please note : Our client mandates drug testing (pre-employment, reasonable cause, and post-incident) for all workers / staff at their sites. What You'll Do :
Implement and maintain superior client service practicesDevelop and manage annual operating and capital expense budgetsLead a diverse team of skilled tradesmen and professionalsSafeguard and enhance client assets through strategic operational managementEnsure compliance with company and client standards in all site management practicesConduct monthly reporting, forecasting, and asset management for all sitesImplement comprehensive maintenance and repair programsDevelop and execute multi-year capital improvement project plansManage third-party vendor relationships, including periodic bidding and insurance updatesMonitor performance against scopes of work and contractual agreementsWhat We're Looking For :
Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience (preferred)Professional license or certification (desired but not required)Exceptional people management and client relationship skillsAbility to plan and manage within budget and time constraintsExperience in vendor management and small capital project oversightProficiency in Excel; Word proficiency preferredExcellent communication and organizational skillsUnderstanding of commercial leases, accounting methods, and trade union protocolsCapacity for independent work with minimal supervisionWhat's In It For You :
