We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage day-to-day client activities for assigned properties / facilities, potentially overseeing multiple locations. The ideal candidate excels at organizing and prioritizing tasks, managing stress, and consistently making high-quality decisions. This role requires a deep understanding of complex client and customer relationships, with the ability to develop and maintain effective communication channels. Key Responsibilities :

  • Overall management of site budgets, accounting, and finance
  • Oversight of maintenance, operations, and contract services
  • Procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Supervision of occupancy services, administration, and helpdesk
  • Management of 2 direct reports (1 Building Operator and 1 Maintenance Mechanic)

    What You'll Do :

  • Implement and maintain superior client service practices
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital expense budgets
  • Lead a diverse team of skilled tradesmen and professionals
  • Safeguard and enhance client assets through strategic operational management
  • Ensure compliance with company and client standards in all site management practices
  • Conduct monthly reporting, forecasting, and asset management for all sites
  • Implement comprehensive maintenance and repair programs
  • Develop and execute multi-year capital improvement project plans
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships, including periodic bidding and insurance updates
  • Monitor performance against scopes of work and contractual agreements
  • What We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant experience (preferred)
  • Professional license or certification (desired but not required)
  • Exceptional people management and client relationship skills
  • Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints
  • Experience in vendor management and small capital project oversight
  • Proficiency in Excel; Word proficiency preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Understanding of commercial leases, accounting methods, and trade union protocols
  • Capacity for independent work with minimal supervision
