Position : Geotechnical Quality Control Technician Location : Toronto, Ontario.Salary Range : $50,000 to $65,000 Full-time permanent (40 hours a week).Company DescriptionScientific Applied Concepts Ltd. The company aims to provide high-quality professional services worldwide, with geotechnical and foundation engineering expertise.Role DescriptionThe full-time on-site role is for a Quality Control Technician located in Toronto, ON. The Technician will conduct quality assurance and quality control tests, utilize analytical and laboratory skills, and manage laboratory equipment to ensure the highest quality standards in all projects.Key Responsibilities : Conducting QA / QC for deep piled foundation systems (and non-piled).Designing, installing, wiring, and maintaining geotechnical instrumentation.Collaborating with our engineering team to develop innovative solutions.Performing site investigations.Ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure the required information is obtained.Qualifications : A degree in Civil Engineering Technician or a related field.Basic knowledge of engineering principles.
