As a Parts Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the parts department. You will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and ordering the right automotive parts and accessories for their vehicles. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate inventory records, manage stock levels, and collaborate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

Key responsibilities :

• Efficiently help customers select parts and provide internal and external customers (retail and shop) with high quality service
• Answer telephone calls, provide price quotes any other information needed
• Take orders for parts by telephone, technician counter, retail counter and wholesale accounts
• Receive payments from retail customers
• Handle customer concerns immediately and according to the dealership’s guidelines.
• Stock items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in bins and on shelves; adjusting inventory system and assuring all safety risks
• Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager

Compensation :

This compensation encompasses hourly pay, non-discretionary performance bonuses, and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476 / 24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
