Job Description
· The ability to understand complex business logic and translate it into formal rules within the ODM system.
· Proficiency in gathering precise requirements from business stakeholders.
· Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively gather requirements, resolve conflicts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· A strong ability to analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation using business rules.
· Aptitude for troubleshooting and solving complex issues related to decision logic.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical and business concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders.
· Proficiency with requirements management tool, JIRA for documenting user stories and defects.
· Thorough knowledge of Agile principles and experience working in a Scrum environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential risks and issues within projects.
· Completion of L3 training in Guidewire Policy center certifications, Insurance domain certifications
