Job description

They are currently looking to hire a Data Entry Clerk to work from home full time. Pay ranges from $2225 per hour and your schedule will be Monday through Friday with some weekend availabilty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into the companys database systems
  • Update and maintain existing data in the database
  • Verify data accuracy and completeness before entering it into the database
  • Perform quality checks on data to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure data is entered and maintained correctly
  • Assist with other clerical duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working at a fast pace
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Assist with accounts payable processing
