Client Overview Our client, a leading creative and production agency, is seeking an experienced Executive Producer to oversee end-to-end production operations, guide cross-functional teams, and drive best-in-class content delivery across diverse media.
Job Overview The Executive Producer will lead production strategy, manage a multi-level production team, and collaborate closely with creative and account partners to bring ideas to life. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, deep production knowledge, and a passion for emerging technologies shaping the future of content.
Responsibilities
- Production Partnerships: Collaborate with creative and account teams to translate concepts into executable production plans
- Team Leadership: Manage and develop associate, mid-level, and senior producers; support career growth and strengthen production capabilities
- Production Strategy: Oversee the production process from intake to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution and creative excellence
- Client & Internal Communication: Lead productive production meetings, manage communications, and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Budget & Timeline Management: Create estimates, manage budgets, and maintain on-time, in-scope delivery
- Post-Production Oversight: Lead post-production workflows, ensuring timely creative and client approvals
- Technology Exploration: Stay current on emerging tools—AI, Unreal Engine, CGI—and bring innovation into production approaches
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership experience managing production teams and diverse talent
- Highly detail-oriented, with strong budgeting and scheduling capabilities
- Deep understanding of film production, shot structure, and post-production workflows
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills for client interactions and pitches
- Ability to stay calm, think clearly, and problem-solve under pressure
- Familiarity or interest in AI, Unreal Engine, CGI, and evolving production technologies
- Willingness to travel as needed and work onsite at least two days per week
