Field Technician

As a Field Technician with Premium, you’ll be an integral part of the customer experience for one of our flagship retail clients.

What will you do?

Elevate the customer experience by maintaining merchandising standards of all products and displays.

Troubleshoot advanced technical issues using critical thinking and focused communication.

Share your knowledge to educate team members on proper technical maintenance of displays.

Build and maintain effective working relationships with store associates and management.

Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to coordinate training sessions.

Provide market intelligence, key competitive metrics and product offerings, and areas of opportunity.

How will you succeed?

Thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

Quickly adapting to change.

Leveraging your 3-5 years previous experience in merchandising and technical troubleshooting.

Willingness to travel.
