Our challenge

We are looking for Devops Engineer with Telemetry experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of products that help companies communicate with their customers in deep and personal ways.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Mississauga, ON is CAD $110k – CAD $120k / year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Responsibilities :

• Driving the design, implementation, and operation of telemetry, alerting, monitoring, and infrastructure components.
• Deploying and managing Open Telemetry Collectors, configuring data pipelines, and setting up exporters to backend systems.
• Building and managing infrastructure using tools like Terraform or Ansible to create consistent, reproducible environments.
• Establishing and maintaining continuous integration and delivery (CI / CD) pipelines to ensure efficient software releases.
• Creating dashboards (e.g., Grafana) and defining actionable alerts for system health, latency, and error rates.
• Diagnosing high-priority production issues and performing RCA to prevent recurrence.
• Working with developers and data scientists to instrument applications and define SLIs / SLOs.
