Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Business Analyst (HCM) to support the implementation and testing of Oracle HCM modules as part of our ERP project. This role will require strong functional knowledge of HR processes and hands-on experience assisting in system testing, user support, and process improvements.

Responsibilities :

HCM System Implementation Support and Testing

  • Keep respective modules workbook up to date.
  • Assist in testing Oracle HCM modules, ensuring the system meets functional requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop and execute test plans, including creating test cases and scenarios for user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Report and track system issues and defects, working closely with Implementation partner to resolve them.
  • Provide functional support to end-users during testing and system rollout phases.
  • Help maintain documentation such as test results, system issues, and user feedback.
  • Support the development of user guides and training materials for Oracle HCM processes.
  • Assist HR teams with queries related to system functionality and provide hands-on guidance during testing phases.
  • Participate in triage meetings to prioritize and address testing-related issues.

Education :

Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline (Human Resources, Business Administration) or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent.

Qualifications :

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, HCM system support, or ERP-related roles.
  • Experience in test case preparation, UAT execution, or system support roles.
  • Functional knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with HCM platforms such as Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP, UKG or similar systems is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale business process transformations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities to work with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Additional details : This is a contract position ending June 30, 2025.
