We seek individuals with a deep understanding of cannabis industry, a proven track record of successful sales management, and the ability to develop and executive strategic sales and marketing strategies.

What you will be doing
Selling and Influencing :
- Acquire and maintain new retail accounts to ensure the listing and sustained presence of Blizza Inc. products
- Be a brand ambassador, building awareness, leading brand education and sampling sessions with key stakeholders
- Seek new opportunities to increase brand exposure and volume
- Identify new distribution opportunities and build partnerships that maximize profitable share
- Execute marketing initiatives and leverage them to foster consumer loyalty and sales
Achieve KPI targets which include but is not limited to :
Distribution and Product placement.Unit volume and share gains.Compliance to approved outlet route plans and call frequency requirements.Relationship Management :
Build and maintain favorable relationships that supports the annual operating planCultivate and develop relationships with key decision makers at each retail locationSeek opportunities to promote portfolio of brands within regulatory constraintsSales strategies :
Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share targetsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunitiesManage a budget to drive volume and share growth within acceptable trade practicesStay informed about cannabis regulations and compliance requirements across CanadaSupport community engagement, customer-lead training, sampling initiatives, trade shows, launch eventsManage sales data, ensuring all administration records and information is up to dateRequires 70% travelOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to timeWhat you bring to the team
At least 1 years in sales management, preferably in the cannabis industryGood knowledge of the national cannabis market, including regulatory landscape and consumer trendsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel nationally as neededManage own time including building effective weekly / monthly schedules
