As a trusted name in automotive service Wonder Auto & Tire Centre is known for top-quality repairs and customer-first service. Were looking for a strong leader with automotive experience to drive operational efficiency lead a skilled team and deliver excellent customer experiences.

As Branch Manager you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Moncton location. Your primary responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency leading a high-performing team maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting profitability goals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the automotive industry a natural ability to lead and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth efficient service delivery.

Manage inventory tools and equipment to support service excellence.

Monitor and manage branch budget expenses and revenue.

Team Leadership

Hire train and supervise staff ensuring high performance across all roles.

Foster a collaborative positive work environment that encourages growth.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.

Customer Experience

Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.

Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Oversee appointment scheduling to enhance service flow and reduce wait times.

Sales & Business Development

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.

Analyze market trends and local competition to identify growth opportunities.

Represent the branch through local marketing initiatives and community involvement.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Promote and enforce workplace safety standards for both staff and customers.
