As Branch Manager you will oversee all day-to-day operations of the Moncton location. Your primary responsibilities will include driving operational efficiency leading a high-performing team maintaining customer satisfaction and meeting profitability goals. This role is ideal for someone with a background in the automotive industry a natural ability to lead and a commitment to exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth efficient service delivery.
  
  

• Manage inventory tools and equipment to support service excellence.
  
  

• Monitor and manage branch budget expenses and revenue.

Team Leadership

• Hire train and supervise staff ensuring high performance across all roles.
  
  

• Foster a collaborative positive work environment that encourages growth.
  
  

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching as needed.
  
  

Customer Experience

• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
  
  

• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  
  

• Oversee appointment scheduling to enhance service flow and reduce wait times.
  
  

Sales & Business Development

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  
  

• Analyze market trends and local competition to identify growth opportunities.
  
  

• Represent the branch through local marketing initiatives and community involvement.
  
  

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure full compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  
  

• Promote and enforce workplace safety standards for both staff and customers.
