Job description5 or more years of experience in Tool and Die Design Knowledge of Solidworks or other design software Excellent organizational and problem- solving skills Excellent communication skills - both written and oral Ability to work efficiently as part of a team, as well as independently Excellent time management skills Strong analytical, critical thinking and decision- making abilities
A great opportunity for the right candidate in the Windsor area. Our client is looking for a Tool and Die Designer.
Key Responsibilities include :
- Die Design using Solidworks
- Develop Bill of Materials
- Interact with leaders / managers on the shop floor
- Troubleshoot design / material issues
- Surfacing using Rhino
- Develops forming simulations using Dynaform and Autoform or similar program
- Other duties as assigned
