Job Description
Our federal Government client is seeking a Senior Program Administrator to support a Cyber Assurance Program in the planning, coordination, and execution in Ottawa. This is an on-site 48-week contract.Tasks
- Coordinate end-to-end planning of the cyber program-related exercises, including scenario development, injects, execution logistics, and after-action reporting.
- Lead coordination with internal stakeholders and other partners to support planning conferences, meetings, and exercise integration.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including work breakdown structures (WBS), risk registers, and reporting templates.
- Provide briefings and written updates to senior leadership; document lessons learned
- Support general efforts by participating in working groups, preparing records of decisions, and enhancing cyber readiness strategies.
- Undertake other duties, as required.
Qualifications
48 months of relevant experience
Certificate, diploma or degree in a relevant field from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution.
Secret clearance is required
