Job Summary :

Wax Hand Artists are the first point-of-contact for guests wishing to create a wax hand, and the last-point of contact for guests exiting the Attraction. Provide excellent guest service and an opportunity for guests to purchase a part of their experience. This is a sales position that offers base hourly wages plus commission for up-selling wax hands for Ripley’s Wax Zone.

Responsibilities :

• Actively sell wax hands to guests
• Create wax hands for guests (orientation and full training provided)
• Greet guests and engage in conversation by interacting with guests to make a lasting impression
• Strive to meet and exceed goals and sales targets daily
• Operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash
• Knowledgeable regarding all Ripley’s Attractions
• Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a tidy work station
• Stock supplies and organize workspace
• Act as a team player to assist where needed
• All other duties as required
