The Role

Reporting to the Director, Sales the Invoicing Clerk will be responsible for providing internal support for the invoice processing, receipt transactions, and invoice review / resolution.

  • Invoice Processing
  • Validation & Coding
  • Involve in all aspects of AR including invoicing, collection, cash application, payment reconciliation and resolving payment issues
  • Review invoice pending register and follow up on overdue daily invoicing to ensure invoices are issued timely and transactions recorded correctly at month – end
  • Run weekly report on supplier contribution
  • Other related duties as assigned

What You'll Bring :

  • A minimum of 2+ of accounting experience or equivalent
  • Technologically savvy with an ability to learn new systems
  • Proficient in the full MS Office program suite including Excel and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with others in a diverse environment
  • Detailed oriented, with the ability to process high-volume of information with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Strong external and internal customer focus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
