The Front of House Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests, managing staff, and maintaining high service standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate team and contribute to the continued success of the restaurant.

Key Requirements :

• Proven front of house management experience in a high volume restaurant
• Quick and Full-Service experience preferred
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing a diverse team of hospitality professionals
• Understanding of basic financial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and profit optimization, to manage FOH budgets and contribute to overall financial performance
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements
