Global Relay is a career-building company. A place for big ideas. New challenges. Groundbreaking innovation. It's a place where you can genuinely make an impact and be recognized for it.

We believe great businesses thrive on diversity, inclusion, and the contributions of all employees. To that end, we recruit candidates from different backgrounds and foster a work environment that encourages employees to collaborate and learn from each other, completely free of barriers.

  • Maintain confidential files and update CRM and other record keeping systems
  • Improve legal operations by maintaining a legal library, how-to guides, reference manuals, and resource materials
  • Look for innovative ways to optimize legal processes and take an ownership role in special projects as required

About you :

  • Bachelor's degree, or diploma in a related field, or similar administrative work experience
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, efficient, organized, assertive, and laser-focused on the details
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet research, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Salesforce CRM
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and manage a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team and working independently to get the job done, no matter how big or small the project
  • Calm, self-reliant and able to prioritize workload
  • Excellent judgment and demonstrated discretion handling confidential information
  • Strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable working with (and curious about) new technology systems
  • Experience with due diligence, technology assessments, and analysis in potential strategic transactions (including real estate, licensing and financing) is a significant plus
  • Some experience supporting a legal team (either at a law firm or in-house legal department) is a plus
