Job description

HCM Cloud Consultant Job Responsibilities :

Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud Modules including Core HR, Talent Management, ORC, Learn, and Compensation .
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Provide technical and functional support for HCM Cloud applications.
Conduct training sessions for HR professionals and end-users on HCM Cloud functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues , ensuring smooth operation of HR processes.
Stay updated with latest Oracle HCM Cloud updates and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.

Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.

Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Compensation, and Learning modules .

Ability to analyze business requirements and configure solutions accordingly.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills .
